For minor photo, text, and contact-detail updates. Unused time doesn’t roll over. New pages, new features, redesigns, and work beyond your allowance get a separate quote for your approval.
Monthly maintenance isn’t required to buy or own your website. You can choose your own hosting provider and manage the site independently, or have another developer maintain it. We’ll agree on the access, website files, hosting setup, and handoff included in your package before launch.
Without a maintenance plan, you’re responsible for hosting, backups, security, updates, and any third-party service fees. Domain registration is separate from the website build and monthly maintenance.
LET’S CLEAR A FEW THINGS UP.
No. We offer milestone payments. You’ll pay an agreed deposit to begin, review your website on a preview link, and pay the remaining balance before launch. The amounts and milestones are set out in your agreement.
Yes. Your domain stays under your ownership, and you’ll receive the website access and deliverables specified in your agreement. Monthly maintenance is an optional service.
Your maintenance service ends according to your agreement. We’ll explain the available website handoff, hosting options, and cancellation terms before you sign up, so you can continue independently or with another provider.
Domain registration, paid third-party services, extra pages, and work outside your package may cost extra. We’ll disclose those charges and get your approval before proceeding. Paid CRM or booking subscriptions are separate when required.
$1,999 is the starting setup price, and $249/month is the starting price for optional maintenance. Larger builds and more involved maintenance need a custom scope. You’ll see the final one-time and monthly prices before you agree.
